AGAT Laboratories is currently looking for a Laboratory Technician C .This position is an entry level position where one can gain career experience in a laboratory with direction from the Laboratory Supervisor and other Laboratory team members. The successful candidate will assist with administrative and basic laboratory successful candidates will work out of the Edmonton location.
Perform basic laboratory procedures including preparation of samples reagents and calibration solutions
Provide general lab support including washing glassware cleaning work stations and waste disposal
Operate instruments with guidance from senior staff perform maintenance calibration and troubleshooting
Perform basic analysis
Chemical Technology Diploma or BSc. Degree in related field
Previous work lab experience is an asset training will be provided
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills
