Solutions architect - information technology (IT)

We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). The role includes driving best practices, governance, and establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize processes and accelerate adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
Establish and manage a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to define standards, governance, reusable components, and best practices.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
Build custom applications, workflows, and dashboards integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Provide guidance on data architecture, APIs, connectors, and integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, performance, and governance standards.
Mentor and guide developers and junior architects on Power Platform best practices and CoE frameworks.
Support pre-sales, including solution demos, technical estimations, and architecture documentation.
Required Skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Experience establishing or working within a CoE for governance, standardization, and adoption.
Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 integration (F&O, CE/CRM) is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, Synapse, Data Factory).
Expertise in ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
Strong understanding of business process automation, workflows, and data modeling.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Pre-sales experience and solution presentation skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure are preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on development and architecture.
- Proven track record leading enterprise Power Platform projects and/or CoE initiatives.
