Responsable Support / Service Manager (H/F)

At Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa were passionate about delivering high-quality accessible sexual and reproductive health services. This role is based in our Newmarket clinic with some travel across the region required to maintain strong relationships and visibility across all sites.
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for supporting clinic teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will be supported by a newly established Clinic Administrator position allowing you to focus on leadership workforce development and regional oversight while ensuring administrative tasks are managed effectively.
Provide leadership to a team of Doctors Nurses and Medical Receptionists and the Clinic Administrator.
Manage people performance and HR processes in line with our policies.
Manage day-to-day operations budgets and expenditure and quality compliance of the clinics.
Ensure the clinics meet the required health and safety and quality and risk standards required in a healthcare setting.
Drive the implementation of clinical services action plans aligned with strategic priorities.
Ensure services are designed to respond to the diverse needs of our community focusing on improving equitable access.
To be successful in this role you will have strong relationship building skills and be able to effectively lead people remotely as well as in person. Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Management experience with a willingness to develop in this area.
Demonstrated budget management experience.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse range of people and experience managing dispersed teams.
Own car for work purposes (reimbursement for usage available).
