HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER Full Time – Out of Scope
Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools covers a geographical area that includes the regional communities of Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, and Spirit River. We are a team of 670 staff who provide quality teaching and learning experiences for approximately 5600 students.
Working out of the Catholic Education Centre, the Human Resources Officer delivers high level support to the Deputy Superintendent. The position supports the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and management of all staff in accordance with Collective Agreements, Administrative Procedures, and all legislation related to employment in the Education sector. As the first line of contact in the HR department, the position completes a range of activities with leaders and staff throughout the Division.

Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources,
Human Resources designation
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related area
This is a twelve-month full-time position.
