Our Management Development Program consists of working in one of our stores in a supervisory capacity and training in all areas of the business. Upon successful completion of the training program, and based on relocation availability, individuals are offered the management of a Giant Tiger franchise.

Store Manager Requirements

A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence

Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment

Strong planning and organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software"
