Office Manager
Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and daily administrative functions of
Prepare and Remit Government Payments: including Corporate Income Tax, Source Deductions, GST Remittances, and other Statutory Obligations
· Payroll & Realtors Commission Cheques
Oversee front-end Office Operations and Ensure tasks are Completed Accurately and On Time
- Hire, Train, and Manage Front-end Administrative Staff
- Ensure Consistent Workflow Efficiency and Policy Compliance
Provide ongoing Administrative and Operational Support to Agents
· Assist with Marketing Materials, Videos and Social Media Posts
o Franchise & Compliance Administration
· Handle and Communicate Franchise-Related information with Royal LePage Office
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Payroll Administration
Familiarity with Government Remittances and Tax Reporting Requirements
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4pm (35 hour work week)
