Engineering - Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a CDV Mechanical Project Engineer in product development. Reporting to the CDV project manager, your main responsibility will be to support Vehicle Dynamics engineers in the development of vehicle suspensions and dynamics by developing and validating semi-active suspension systems (S2S). In addition, this mandate will cover the development and measurement of performance criteria and the improvement of our tools and processes.

Participate in the development of the architecture and deployment of our S2S technology.

• Support integrators in the deployment of S2S and the use of our calibration tools.
• Develop the functionalities of our S2S software to suit the specific features of certain products.
• Work in collaboration with our CTA centers of expertise, simulation group, connectivity, and software team.
• Coordinate and participate in optimization tests on dynamometers and vehicles.
• YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
• Bachelor's degree or engineering diploma in mechanical engineering;
• Knowledge of S2S, MBD, Inca, MDA, ncode, SGE, and Matlab control strategies would be an asset;
• Keeping abreast of new technologies in the field of shock absorbers and vehicles;
