Amrize West Kelowna is a Union company with employee benefits and competitive wages. We offer a safe work environment, on the job training, up to date equipment, and room for advancement. The Roller Operator will be responsible for the compaction of asphalt by operating the roller machine behind the paving machine to obtain the proper density and finish texture at work sites.

Must be familiar with Municipal, Commercial, Industrial, Residential rolling practices.
Daily maintenance of equipment including fluids and water systems.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.

Required Work Experience: 3-5 years’ experience required.

Ability to work nights and weekends, as necessary.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.

Estimated Wage Range: $38.27/Hourly
