We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, administration, and delivery of assigned construction projects. This role will report to the Senior Project Manager. Each Project Manager typically oversees up to two active projects and is accountable for budget performance, schedule control, consultant coordination, procurement, contract administration, reporting, risk management, and closeout.

Manage assigned projects from construction start through completion and turnover.

Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Monitor and manage project schedules and milestone performance.

Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and commercial correspondence.

Lead regular project meetings and maintain action tracking.

Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, site instructions, and change documentation.

Support procurement and buyout in coordination with estimating and site teams.

Identify project risks and lead mitigation strategies.

Coordinate occupancy, deficiency management, commissioning, and closeout.

7+ years of project management experience in construction or development.

• Experience managing multiple project streams concurrently.
• Proficiency with construction reporting and document management tools.
