Conduct deep-dive analysis of large complex datasets to uncover trends risks and opportunities. Data Modeling & Engineering Collaboration
Design and maintain robust data models (dimensional relational star/snowflake schema) in Databricks and SQL.
Partner with data engineers to ensure optimized scalable data pipelines for analytics use cases.
~ Build maintain and optimize executive-level dashboards in Tableau ensuring accuracy usability and performance.
Mentor junior analysts and elevate the teams analytical maturity through training code review and best-practice sharing.
Act as a trusted partner to Sales Operations HR and Manufacturing providing data-driven insights to guide decisions.
Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and dashboards that align with corporate goals.
7 plus years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL Databricks Tableau and data modeling.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
