Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.
A keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
