Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences within our hospitality operations across Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, guest relations, order taking, and table service , ensuring high standards of service, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and fast-paced restaurant environments .
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service quality standards
Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and respond to guest inquiries
Ensure table cleanliness, setup, and presentation
Process payments accurately and manage cash and POS transactions
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards
Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Server, Food Server, or Waiter/Waitress
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or fine dining establishments
Familiarity with POS systems and order management software
Smart Serve or equivalent food and alcohol service certification
Availability to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
