Work from Home- Call Center Agent in the Travel Industry

A stable schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of night shifts (between 7 a.m. A base salary of $17.75/hour, supplemented by bonuses and performance incentives.

Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)*.

Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.

Minimum of one year of call center experience.

Experience in the travel industry is an asset.

A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
