Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.

• Acting as a role model for your team members providing guidance training and support to help them succeed.
• Assist ing with daily store operations including opening and closing restocking and processing transactions.
• Collaborat ing with team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.
• Ability to shift push reach stretch twist bend pull or maneuver weight over 50 lb s to fold stock and build or display addition you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbing ladder s for merchandising and stock.

2 year s of retail or guest service experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to handle keys cash and store security responsibilities.
• A genuine passion for people home décor and helping others find what they love.
• Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Homes extensive range of products ensuring you can confidently share accurate information and recommendations with every guest .
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Comfortable taking charge and making decisions in the absence of management.

• Open availability including days evenings weekends and holidays.
