The role of theManager, Smart Home and Security reports to the Sr. Director, Self Protect and SHM within the Connected Living Product Management team. This role will entail driving go to market of new products, engaging channels to drive results and optimizing revenue and performance of our Smart Home base. This is a critical role with responsibilities ranging from operational execution, delivering quarterly objectives, influencing and presenting to senior leaders. The role will also develop targeted programs to achieve company objectives, and drive growth of the overall Wireline business.

Work with product and technical teams to understand new product value props and how best to bring these products to market

Lead and coordinate projects/initiatives to conceptualize, plan, develop and implement strategies, programs and performance management frameworks

Lead the product marketing initiatives involving decisions on things like packaging, naming, pricing, positioning, value prop, campaigns, etc.

Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant area

Experience with channel management and go to market

A passion for data, analytics and fact-based story telling

Ability to make business recommendations that will drive the development of products and services to meet consumer needs, as

Self-starter with proven ability to take complete "closed-loop" ownership & accountability of projects, demonstrating flexible thinking

Effective planning and monitoring skills required for execution and follow-up on programs in a multi-tasking environment.

Manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on quality and detail

Solid relationship building and influencing skills with a proven ability to work within a team environment
