Role of the Position Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Service , the Night Auditor is responsible for:
Welcoming guests during the night
Customer service
Front desk operations
Administrative closing
Main Responsibilities The Night Auditor is responsible for:
Managing complaints positively and professionally
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Maintaining a control of daily reports
Following established procedures and policies of the hotel
Performing various tasks and projects daily
Creating reservations received by fax, various websites, and by phone
Being fluent in both languages (French/English) both spoken and written
Having experience in a similar position (night auditor, night receptionist, or similar hospitality sector)
Work in a dynamically located hotel in the heart of Montreal
