The Gift Shop Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the gift shop.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the gift shop and the performance of the Gift Shop Clerk
Ensures high customer service standard is maintained and provided to the gift shop customers. Monitors and maintains gift shop cleanliness and security
Maintains inventory of products, places orders to replenish stocks and tracks products sold
Authorizes the return and exchange of products requested by customers
High school education with 3 to 5 years of retail store work experience
Strong customer service orientation along with strong customer service skills
