Strategy Manager Customer Service H/F

Affirm

Lead Affirm's global expansion as a Senior Manager for Programs and New Initiatives. Drive customer operations strategy across diverse markets while managing complex service delivery programs.

At Affirm, the Operations team is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer experiences and operational excellence. In this senior role, you will oversee the servicing operating model's evolution, leading cross-functional teams and setting strategic objectives for international initiatives. Your strong business acumen will help you navigate ambiguities and ensure effective execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Own strategy for global customer operations and product scaling
Establish and modify operational policies and procedures
Lead and develop multi-disciplinary program and service delivery teams
Drive large-scale cross-area operational initiatives
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for program success

Requirements:

12+ years with 5+ years in leadership roles
Experience in global customer experience operations
Deep expertise in program and process management
Strong knowledge of customer care and merchant operations
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

Contribute to Affirm's ambitious growth by spearheading vital international servicing strategies.
