Production worker, day shift, night shift

Production Laborers perform a variety of duties at the FET-Variperm flow control facility depending on the specific department they are working in. Duties include operating basic hand tools assisting machine operators and welders. Housekeeping and material handling are also components of this position. Active participation in the company HSE program and adherence to all company policies and procedures is required. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. The position schedule will be dayshift; however it may involve various shifts and overtime hours depending on the scope of work.
Handle materials within the shop and outdoors as required.
Assisting various machine operators in setup; moving materials in and out of the shop using overhead hoist and conveyance systems.
Stacking/unstacking pipe adhering to strict procedures.
Adhere to health safety and quality policies as well as all company policies and procedures.
Able to follow and understand both oral and written instructions in English.
Additional education past high school would be an asset.

Preference to those with Overhead Crane experience and/or certification.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred but not required.
