Description: The position supports Store Management by contributing to the successful

operations of the Retail Store and Gas Station while following protocol as of a Petro-Canada

Key objective of the position is to provide customer satisfaction at all times.

Assign daily duties and adjust staff allocation to meet customer demand and operational

customer service.

 Perform regular inspections of pumps, store equipment, and premises to ensure

Handle cash management, including daily deposits, reconciliation, and monitoring of

Maintain inventory of convenience store products and fuel; management.

• Manage product pricing and promotions; Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, and loss-prevention policies, including monitoring for theft and

security risks.

 Train and mentor new employees in store procedures, customer service, and safety

Prepare shift reports, sales summaries, and submit documentation to management.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Ensure compliance with Petro-Canada standards, environmental policies, and

by management.

Secondary school education

 Minimum 7 months – 1 year previous work experience in retail sales or customer service

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including morning, afternoon,

graveyards and evening shifts. Please note our Gas Station operates 24/7, 7 days a week.
