Full training for entry-level licensed brokers (in-office attendance required)
Deliver exceptional sales experience from the first point of contact
Shop our extensive market options to find the best coverage for the best price
Identify cross sell opportunities to assist clients with all their insurance needs
Prioritize building a quality book of business and maintain good retention ratios.
Recommend coverages based on individual customer needs
Identify and cater to clients' changing insurance demands
You take care of others and support your colleagues, clients & communities. You have proven sales experience & are looking for an opportunity to take that to the next level.
You look forward to working in a commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential.
2 years+ experience in insurance sales preferred but less considered if you have great sales numbers and a great attitude!
