Our client is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join a small but impactful data team. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Marketing to inform decisions, optimize player journeys, and drive improvements through experimentation and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp analytical mind, strong business sense, and a passion for games.
Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of in-game experiments and feature tests.
Deliver analysis that helps prioritize roadmap initiatives and inform feature development.
Work with engineering and product to ensure accurate data instrumentation and support clean, actionable data pipelines.
Analyze the performance of branded content and other third-party partnerships.
Contribute to improvements in data infrastructure using tools like SQL and dbt.
5+ years of experience in a data or analytics role, with at least 2+ years in the gaming industry.
- Fluency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Deep experience with A/B testing, including test design, statistical interpretation, and rollout recommendations.
- Strong communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with cloud data solutions (e.g., Bonus Points
Experience working with UGC (user-generated content) ecosystems or social game platforms.
Proficiency in Python for deeper analysis or scripting.
Prior experience in live ops or maintaining live service games.
Familiarity with dbt or other modern data transformation tools.
