As a Sales Representative at Bridgewater Honda , you’ll be connecting with customers, showcasing our wide range of Honda vehicles, and guiding clients through every step of the buying process. This is more than a sales role, it’s an opportunity to build lasting relationships, provide exceptional customer experiences, and grow your career in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.
Deliver engaging vehicle presentations to clients, both in person and through video, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
Strategically plan and organize your day to meet and exceed sales targets, managing your pipeline efficiently.
Clearly and accurately present lease and purchase options, helping clients make informed decisions that fit their needs.
Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and ensure every vehicle and required document is ready for a seamless customer experience.
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized guidance and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and online
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
