Vous avez une passion pour la boulangerie et une expertise en gestion Rejoignez Metro en tant que Gérante boulangerie! Vous serez responsable de superviser toutes les opérations de la boulangerie en veillant à ce que nos produits soient toujours frais de haute qualité et présentés de manière attrayante. Votre rôle comprendra la gestion des stocks lorganisation de léquipe la mise en place de nouvelles recettes et la garantie de la satisfaction de nos clients.

Nous recherchons une leadereuse motivée avec une expérience avérée en boulangerie et en gestion déquipe. Si vous avez un sens aigu du détail une passion pour les produits de boulangerie et un talent pour la coordination cette opportunité est parfaite pour vous. Vos responsabilitésen tant que Gérante boulangerie :

Planifier et coordonner les activités de son service de façon à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité fixés par lela directeurtrice et ce tout en respectant la convention collective en vigueur;
Sassurer que le magasin soit prêt à recevoir la clientèle tant à légard de la quantité de marchandises à létiquetage des produits à la rotation des denrées périssables quaux commandes de produits manquants;
Assurer la gestion des achats des inventaires des listes de prix de la mise en marché;
3 à 5 ans dans un commerce de détail en alimentation;
Expérience en gestion;
