Job Description
Provideday-to-daytechnical supporttointernal staffacross:
Network connectivity
Email systems
Active Directory
Printers and end-user devices
Microsoft 365 environment
Configure andprogramcustomerequipment,including:
Network switches
Backhaul systems
Wireless access points
Subscriber modules
Setup and manageIP-basedsecurity solutions:
IP cameras and associated servers
Access control systems, including configuration of rules and permissions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to installed solutions
Collaborate with field technicians to support new installations and deployments
Accurately log, track, and resolve issues through a ticketing system

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
~2-5+ years of experience in technical support, networking, or a similar role
~ Strongunderstandingof:
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switching, wireless)
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Experience configuring network hardware and/or security systems (cameras, access control)
Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
Experience working within a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Nice to Have
Experience with wireless ISP (WISP) or telecom environments
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft certifications)
Experience supporting field deployments or working with field technicians
