The Senior Accountant will be part of the Canadian Divisional Controller team with personnel in across Canada. The successful applicant will support the day-to-day finance functions in accordance with corporate requirements.

Perform all trade accounts receivable and ensure they are posted and collected in a timely manner.
Perform all premium payables and ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accurate financial statement reporting.
Maintain up to date records of finance in all finance systems.
Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
Bachelors Degree or Diploma considered an asset
Accounting courses or bookkeeping experience considered an asset
Advanced MS Excel skills with ability to analyze data using complex functions and pivot tables

The expected salary range for this position is $55000 to $70000 CAD and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
