As a Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences aligned with the Fairmont standard of excellence.
Position Type: Permanent
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
Previous Front Office/Guest Service experience an asset
Opera PMS and MS Office experience preferred
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
