Maintenance Shift Technician

You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery installation, repair and overhaul of mechanical/electrical installations on the production floor, as well as full facility maintenance.

Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Assisting in the set up and maintenance of equipment

Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production and related services, maximizing production time and minimizing down time.

Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties at a high-volume printing facility.

Perform all assigned preventive maintenance activities on production equipment, with the primary focus being the Offset plate maker equipment.

Ensuring compliance with appropriate external regulations and internal maintenance policies and procedures.

Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Certificate of Qualification as a licensed Electrician (309A/442A), Millwright (433A/426A) OR Toolmaker (430A)

Driven and energetic with a strong technical background

Hourly Wage Progression: $43.04- $47.81 Per Hour

In alignment with our compensation philosophy, this role offers competitive pay, with scheduled wage progression at 6 and 12 months in accordance with company policy.
