Description
IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Windsor. This full-time on-site position is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to embark on a rewarding career in the Hospital and Health Care industry.
As a Registered Nurse at IIQAF you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our facility. You will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals contributing to patient assessments care planning and the implementation of health care interventions that positively impact our patients lives.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Participate in patient assessments and evaluations
Adhere to safety and health regulations to maintain a safe environment
Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of patient care protocols and procedures
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
