We are excited to partner with Tandem Family Law looking to bring a strong accounting professional to their team in Moncton!
Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, payments) and maintain the general ledger.
Process accounts payable and reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
Support payroll preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Handle reimbursements and collect required credit-card documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions in line with internal policies.
Support audit preparation and ongoing compliance needs.
Identify process-improvement opportunities and maintain knowledge of current bookkeeping practices and software.
Post-secondary education in accounting or business administration.
Previous experience in a bookkeeping or financial-processing role.
Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
A process-improvement mindset and commitment to professional integrity.
Solid technical and analytical skills.
