Remote Data Entry Specialist ADF Medical Services Inc.
We're hiring a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to help keep our medical records and patient data accurate and up to date. If you're organized, fast, and reliable — we want you on our team.
Role: Remote Data Entry Specialist
Department: Health Records / Administrative Services
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
Accurately enter and update patient and medical data into our systems
Review and verify records for completeness and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information per HIPAA guidelines
Organize and manage digital files and databases
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience
- Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
