Cleaning/Laundry Attendant

How You Will Make An Impact You will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties that maintain the establishment in a clean and orderly manner.
As a Laundry Attendant, You Will
Collect & Sort Laundry
Washing Laundry (using existing washers & dryers)
Folding Laundry by hand
Putting Laundry away in linen rooms across two camps
Assist with housekeeping duties when required
Clean and disinfect areas and items such as washrooms, vents, interior windows, walls, glass, doors, and mirrors
Damp mop hard floors and auto scrub as needed
Remove all garbage from resident rooms and common areas
Maintain confidentiality of all resident and personnel information
Report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately
Previous housekeeping/laundry attendant experience, a remote camp, hotel or commercial cleaning, is an asset.
Good command of English language, both verbal and written.
The hourly wage for this position is $19 to $21. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
