Bruker Daltonics a leading manufacturer of mass spectrometry instrumentation software and accessories has an immediate opening for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist based in Milton Ontario. The Customer Service and Logistics Specialist will coordinate day-to-day operations of the customer service department reporting to the Regional Service Manager.
Prepare and deliver quotes for consumables essential to the LifeScience and M&ID business segments ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Generate time and material-based quotes for onsite service requests tailored to the scope and duration of the service needed.
Process service part and consumable orders.
Maintain local part depot and spare part shipping.
Maintain accuracy of service dispatch calendar in Sales Force CRM ensure timely case closure.
Monitor Service Reports and ensure document and database accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with customers to confirm assigned engineer and tentative schedule/plans and spare part delivery.

Minimum 5 years of experience with high volume scheduling and logistics coordination
Experience in Microsoft Office SalesForce CRM SAP
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a range of customers at varying levels of technical expertise.
Ability to create and drive process improvement and influence teams to adopt new practices.
