The Senior Product Manager at Intellias will spearhead the business aspects of digital experience creation with a strong focus on a product-led approach to drive or define the product vision. Responsible for establishing the long-term vision and goals, this role requires a strategic mindset that blends market insights, business acumen, and innovative thinking to propel product development across various industries.
Strategic Development: Support the Product Strategy leadership in defining and executing the product strategy, formulating long-term strategies and identifying innovative product opportunities.

• Product Management: Create and excecute product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to align with the strategic vision.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and account management teams to drive new client acquisitions and expand business with existing clients. Support operationalizing and tracking of pre-sales and business development efforts.

Practice Development: As part of our Design and consultancy growth strategy, we are looking to hire professionals to help our leaders develop our practices. Market & Customer Insights: Expertise in various market research methodologies, strategic tool deployment, and conversion of insights into actionable business opportunities.

• Planning & Time Management: Exceptional planning skills with the capability to manage a digital product projects and team activities effectively.
• Proficient in applying human-centred design principles to product development, ensuring solutions meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience.

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in digital products
Very strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability & Learning: Ability to quickly absorb new information, adapt to evolving design trends and technologies, and facilitate various forms of workshops and tests.

• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Exhibits a high level of ownership and autonomy, taking full responsibility for project outcomes and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
