Bilingual Recruitment Specialist - Remote

ca client, a well-established and respected company in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing HR team.

This is a remote opportunity (based in or near Ashland, Virginia ) with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to various sites, including training at their international headquarters.

Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions across the U.Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong professional network and presence on social media.

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process.

Participate in hiring events and contribute to talent acquisition branding initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.

Strong track record recruiting for U.based roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment module) .

Fully bilingual in English and French (French as a second language is required).

Passion for delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.

Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning in the recruitment field.
