SALES PLANNING SPECIALIST (H/F)

FRAM has successfully built over 14,000 residencies from custom homes to single family dwellings, multiple family, condominium and affordable rental homes, as well as mixed-use developments and commercial properties.
Position Overview
We are seeking a residential new home salesperson for our award-winning condominium project, Collingwood Quay, located in downtown Collingwood.
The Sales Agent will be at the Sales Centre on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., and will also need to be available for personal appointments with prospective purchasers during the week at mutually agreed-upon times.
The Sales Agent will also be expected to attend a weekly one-hour video meeting with the Developer on Tuesday afternoons.
A developer representative will assist during sales incentives events and promotions.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience in real estate is required
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
A real estate license is not required for this position
Start Date: April 25th, 2026
Duration: 6 Months contract position
Compensation: $2,300-$2,500 / month plus $5,000 commission/firm sale
