Assist both customers and internal departments with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right part, on time, every time.

Receive, store, and track incoming parts and supplies using an inventory management system.

Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, reconcile counts, and prepare orders to replenish inventory as needed.

Support the Team: Distribute parts for service repairs and ensure the shop has everything needed to operate efficiently.

Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and process returns quickly and accurately.

Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management is an asset.
