Shifts Available: Midnights
Apply your electrical 442A proficiency undertaking electrical repairs with precision, adhering to specifications and verbal directives all while accentuating your mechanical skills, becoming an essential asset to our cross-functional team.
Maintenance Mastery: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, execute electrical repairs, and contribute to enhancements and modifications ensuring peak performance and longevity.
Process Innovation: Actively participate in improving processes, identifying areas for optimization, driving equipment enhancements and modifications, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Downtime Management: Identify and address maintenance issues proactively to prevent downtime and line stoppages, ensuring uninterrupted production.
Provide comprehensive insights and clear communication on required parts and tools, facilitating efficient maintenance processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot PLC, drives, and controls, documenting findings for future reference.
Licensed Professional: Hold a valid Industrial Electrician (442A) License
Mechanical Acumen: Possess a robust mechanical background or a willingness to enhance your skills, contributing to the versatility of our Midnights maintenance cross-functional team.
Digital Dexterity: Proficiency in PLC logic, particularly Siemens 7 and HMI.
Versatility: Familiarity with material handling, conveyor systems, pumps, gearboxes, drive systems, and industrial automation.
Interpret electrical prints and OEM documentation proficiently.
Possess working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Comprehend the causal link between downtime and production line efficiency.
Manufacturing Savy: Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.
