Recruiting Coordinator Location Hybrid work in Toronto, ON : At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. Lyft is seeking a highly organized, efficient and energetic Recruiting Coordinator for a full-time position to help us strategically grow our world-class team in Toronto. The role will support the Recruiters with the objective of successfully coordinating high-volume and fast-paced interview activity on the Recruitment team. We are looking for someone to help us work cross-functionally hiring teams to be the first impression of Lyft for candidates. We are looking for someone eager and excited to grow their career within Talent Recruiting.
Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with data clean-up efforts, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication, while demonstrating strong time management skills
Work closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partner management, while fostering creativity in talent acquisition strategies
Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses (if applicable)
Enhance the interviewer training program by actively inviting interviewers in training to live interview shadowing sessions, utilizing attention to detail
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities, ideally within Human Resources, People Operations, or Recruiting
A minimum of 1 year of client or customer service experience, preferably in a corporate environment

In addition to provincial observed holidays, salaried team members are covered under Lyft's flexible paid time off policy. The policy allows team members to take off as much time as they need (with manager approval). Hourly team members get 15 days paid time off, with an additional day for each year of service

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $29.23 - CAD $36.54. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
