Night Auditor Location Niagara Falls, ON : Night Auditors must have a detail orientated work style, and a positive personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
Reconcile accounts
Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Previous working experience with Opera computer system preferred
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing Sales or a related discipline is a strong asset
Previous experience in a customer service position
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Exceptional computer skills
Strong communication skills between guests, management and co-workers
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Exceptional conflict resolution skills in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers
