Registered Nurse (RN), Shift Nursing (Full Time, Part Time, Casual)

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health and working collaboratively and in partnership with the multidisciplinary care team and partners, and reporting to the Program Lead – Specialized Services, the Outpatient Substance Use Withdrawal Nurse engages in the provision of wholistic, person-centered and recovery-oriented care. Through assessment and monitoring of individuals, the nurse, in partnership with the individual/family and care team, develops a plan of personal care and intervention to assist the individual in managing the medical symptoms of substance abuse withdrawal.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Terrace The thriving community of Terrace is northern living at its best. There are nine elementary schools, four secondary schools, and Northwest Community College and a UNBC campus. What Northern Health has to offer you!
