Financial Controller (Operations-Focused)
Modern Air Filtration is a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution company focused on high-quality air filtration products. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Controller who goes beyond traditional accounting. Financial & Accounting:
Oversee all accounting functions (AP/AR, payroll, general ledger)
Monitor cash flow, margins, and cost controls.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Audit incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor workflow between sales, office staff, and production.
Production & Process Control:
Systems & Process Improvement:
Strong accounting/finance background (CPA or equivalent preferred).
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a major asset - 3 to 5 year Canadian experience.
Comfortable working across finance, operations, and production.
Someone who only wants a desk-based accounting role.
Competitive salary based on experience.
