Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard - Casual in Oshawa, Ontario .

Job Title : Security Guard - Casual

Type : Casual

Pay rate : $17.60 - $18.50 per hour

Shifts: Must be willing to travel to Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa

We are looking for Security Guard - Casual who is tasked with providing constant surveillance, protection, and a visible security presence within the client's site. This role typically involves standing for extended periods—often for 8 hours or more during a shift.

Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.

Maintain a visible security presence: Threat Assessment: Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses.

Assist customers and staff : Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation for compliance and review.

1-2 years of experience working in a security sector.

• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with operating technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Paid training and development programs.
