Valnet is on the lookout for an innovative and process-oriented Recruiter. This person will ensure new hires meet our quality standards and serve as the go-to resource for our internal recruitment team.
Under the supervision of your Portfolio Manager, you will provide feedback on current recruiting standards. Oversee and support our resource network
Interviewing specialized roles and freelancers.
Track and fill requests for new remote contributors.
Investigate and vet new freelance job boards.
Manage remote team budget and operations.
Work collaboratively with the Senior Operations Recruiter, Operations Manager, Managing Editors, legal, and HR resources.
Interest in Valnet's brands and content.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Collaborer étroitement avec le Senior Operations Recruiter, le Operations Manager, les Managing Editors, ainsi que les équipes juridiques et RH
Excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion de projets et en organisation
