Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing Manager , der strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzung verbindet. Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, die Sichtbarkeit unserer Agentur im E-Commerce-Bereich zu erhöhen und qualifizierte Leads für unsere Services auf Basis von Technologien wie Shopify, Shopware und Pimcore zu generieren.
Deine Aufgaben
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für unsere Services und Partnerlösungen.
Erstellung von B2B-Content (Blogbeiträge, Case Studies, Whitepapers, Newsletter).
Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Paid Campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta).
Organisation und Promotion von Branchenevents (K5, DMEXCO, Webinare, Partneraktivierungen).
Management und Ausbau unserer Social-Media-Präsenz und Unterstützung im Employer Branding, insbesondere auf LinkedIn.
Implementierung von Marketing-Automation und Reporting der Kampagnenergebnisse (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Unsere Erwartungen
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B- oder Agentur-Marketing (idealerweise im SaaS- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld).
Fähigkeit, Strategie und Umsetzung zu verbinden – von der Planung bis zu messbaren Ergebnissen.
Erfahrung im Performance- und Content-Marketing .
Kenntnisse in CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Tools . Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung.
Nice to have
Kenntnisse in SEO , UX und Conversion-Optimierung .
Erfahrung mit Partner- oder Co-Marketing-Initiativen (z. B. mit Software-Anbietern). Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen .
Erfahrung im datengetriebenen Reporting (Google Data Studio, HubSpot Dashboards).
Interesse an Technologie, E-Commerce und Trends im digitalen Marketing .
