Regional Director - Property Management

You have a track record for building branding-defining customer experience and excel in a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking for an Area Manager based out of BC, North Island to be responsible for activities involved in the daily operation of a portfolio of multi-family residential properties in BC. The role leads a team of site staff and plays a critical part in the success of the asset management operations. The Area Manager will troubleshoot operational and management problems unique to the assigned area and communicate solutions.

Manage assigned portfolio of buildings to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs

Coach site-level staff in revolving tenant issues

Oversee rent collection policies and implementation of collection programs

Ensure corporate compliance with ORT compliance in all areas

Assist the Regional Manager with special projects or other duties as assigned

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operations management role

Strong background in sales and customer service

Ability to manage performance and provide feedback and coaching

Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management and budgeting techniques
