Part Time Companion Work

Provide companionship and support for clients under the direction of the Branch Manager and Client Care Coordinator

Assist clients with household tasks

Performing basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties such as washing dishes taking out the garbage preparing bed and laundry. Provides respite for medically stable patients while the primary caregiver is out of the home

Accompany client to appointments and leisure activities or perform errands as directed by Branch Manager or Client Care Coordinator

Listen observe and communicate any concerns/changes in the clients physical and or emotional condition immediately to the Branch Manager and Client Care Coordinator

Compassionate with a passion for helping others

Ability to speak other languages an asset

Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test (within 12 months) as a condition of employment
