Role : Machine Operator
Hours/Shift: 40 hours a week

Complete all required paperwork for assigned tasks, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with Food Safety and quality standards
Follow strict manufacturing practices, safety procedures, and company policies at all times
Load bulk trucks and unload, receive, and verify incoming ingredients
Accurately and efficiently ship customer orders according to specifications
Perform preventive and sanitary maintenance tasks to support plant operations
Ensure quality control requirements for ingredients and finished products are consistently met
Operate and monitor the production line to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations
Previous experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment is preferred
Flexibility to work rotational shifts and overtime as required
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated with minimal supervision
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Forklift training and driving experience considered an asset
