Part Time- Security Guard

Site Description:
Clair College’s South Campus is the main campus and serves as a hub for academic programs, student services, and administrative offices. The campus includes multiple academic buildings, student residences, athletic facilities, and parking areas. It is a high-traffic environment with students, faculty, staff, and visitors present throughout the day.

Position: Part-Time Security Guard
Site: St. Overtime: Internal Posting Date: 1/16/2026
Ensure that the property is safe by ensuring all security measures are functioning properly
Enthusiastically conducts proactive patrols (exterior and Interior), and be able to address policy breeches, and note facility concerns.
Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner as not to create a panic amongst the public
police, fire and paramedic resources.
Ability to provide first aid and medical response when required to any person
Perform duties and tasks assigned by the Security Leadership team and respond to the directions of the client.
Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
English (oral and written) fluency is a must
Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
