Ledcor Highway Maintenance is now hiring Line Paint Attenuator Drivers with strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset to support our highway maintenance team in the greater Edmonton area.
We are looking for dedicated, team-oriented professionals to help maintain Alberta’s Provincial and Municipal highways. If you have previous experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic, this is your chance to build a rewarding career with an industry-leading company that values its employees and communities.

Operate long-line white painting systems, mobile impact attenuators, and perform backfilling tasks as needed
Conduct and document quality control inspections during painting operations
Assist in maintaining Alberta Provincial Highways for seasonal or year-round operations
Experience with paint truck operations, loading procedures, and maintenance is an asset
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 with air endorsement is an asset)
Knowledge of provincial and municipal highway maintenance specifications is an asset
Start date April 13th - Spring/Summer Seasonal work : Travel, shift work, on-call availability, and night shifts required during operating months
